Home Occupancy Permit

Residents wishing to operate a business from their home are required to first obtain a Home Occupancy Permit. Applications are available from the Building Inspection Department. An on-line application is not yet available.

The City Code requires a Certificate of Business Occupancy be applied for and secured before engaging in any business activity in the City. The Business Occupancy Permit Application can be obtained from the Building Inspections and Zoning Department. An on-line application is not yet available.
