City Government

The City of West Allis has a variety of committees, commissions and boards that assist in the operation of many of the functions of the City.  Members of these committees are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Common Council. Citizens serve as valuable members of these advisory committees. Input by residents adds positive value to our community by helping the Mayor and Common Council  effectively administer city services.  Additionally, the citizens provide a broad perspective of ideas, talents and interests.
