A qualified elector is any U.S. citizen who will be 18 years of age or older on election day, who has resided in the City of West Allis for at least 28 days before the election. The elector must also be registered with the City of West Allis to receive an absentee ballot. If this applies to you, contact the City Clerk/Treasurer. Please refer to the State Government Accountability Board website (http://gab.wi.gov/elections-voting/voters/military-overseas) for additional information on Military and Overseas Absentee Voters.
