Dogs and cats are required to be licensed. The due date for obtaining your pet's license is March 31, 2011. The fee for spayed/neutered pets is $12.00, and the fee for unaltered pets is $24.00. If the license is not applied for prior to April 1, 2011, there will be an additional late fee of $6.00 or $12.00 based on whether your pet is spayed/neutered. Please provide a copy of the rabies vaccination certificate and neutered/spayed documentation when applying for the license for your dog or cat. Renewal and new license applications may be submitted to either: the City Clerk/Treasurer's Office, 7525 W. Greenfield Ave., West Allis, WI 53214; or the Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Commission (MADACC) online at www.madacc.com, or through the mail or in person at 3839 W. Burnham St., West Milwaukee, WI 53215. Special Note: There is a $1.00 processing fee if you submit your payment to MADACC via online or by mail.
