Tax Incremental District Number Three consists of a single tax parcel, which is a portion of the former Kearney and Trecker Corporation manufacturing property located in the northwestern part of the City. This parcel consists of approximately 40 acres of land with approximately 589,000 square feet of building area. The property was abandoned for manufacturing purposes in 1992. It was purchased by the City and subsequently sold to a manufacturing company for printing operations.
