The West Allis Municipal Water Utility reads meters and bills customers four times a year by district. District 1 encompasses all properties north of W. Greenfield Avenue, plus properties between W. Greenfield Avenue and W. Lincoln Avenue from S. 93 Street to the western City limits. District 2 encompasses all properties between W. Greenfield Avenue and W. Lincoln Avenue from the eastern City limits to S. 92 Street. District 3 encompasses all properties south of W. Lincoln Avenue.

Water bills include four separate groups of charges: charges for water and related infrastructures, charges for sanitary sewer system maintenance and sewerage treatment, charges for storm sewer system maintenance and cleanup, and a solid waste fee. Water bills are sent out by the Finance Division and can be viewed online using the Property Search application. Payments may be made online, in person at the Treasurer's Office at City Hall, mailed to City Hall or put in the lock box near the main door on the south side of City Hall.

Look up your property by tax key number or address, then look on the Property Information page for the Water/Sewer account information. Click on the water/sewer account number to show the PDF bills available for the account.
